The Taiwan CDC announced a regulation that foreign visitors are not allowed to enter Taiwan starting from March 18th, 2020. Even for Taiwan nationals who enter, they need to do the 14-day quarantine task. After that, they conduct a 7-day Self-health Monitoring for Severe Pneumonia with Novel Pathogens, such as stay home as much as possible, put on a facemask in public and indoor areas, clean your hands, cover your coughs and sneezes, check body temperature, and monitor your symptoms.

Up to December, the border is still closed to language students. Only working holiday visa holders and some business travel visa holders can enter and stay quarantined for 14 days. We'd keep you updated on this webpage and those who have contacted us and leave us contacting information.
