Housing
Feng-Ya housing is home to SCU Chinese study students. We offer the most comfortable environment and modern facilities combined with study and living. The facilities of Feng-Ya housing include a lounge, shared kitchen, study room, computer room, etc. Advantages of Feng-Ya housing include:
● Living and studying together in the same building
● Full-time professional staff and RA team support
● 24-hour access control and security monitoring
● Easy adjustment to the campus life
● Free Wi-Fi
● Sign up for housing intention on the application form. The dorm list will be revealed 4 weeks before the classes.
● Staying for 6 months only. Conditionally staying for another 3 months after 6 months.

Accommodation fees
The fees include energy and water bills. The Fengya Hall housing rates are charged monthly. The daily rate is applied to those who stay less than 10 days. The rates apply to the quarter language students only. Other rates are applied to short-term customized Chinese program students and students with different statuses. Attention
- Quarter Program students must bring their bedding for long-term boarding. If you need the center to purchase it on your behalf, please reserve this service on the registration form at the time of enrollment. For short-term camp courses, the center is responsible for providing bedding for boarding students.
- Fengya Hall will be temporarily closed during the Chinese New Year vacation (the exact duration varies yearly, usually 6 to 10 days or more) for campus security and safety reasons. As most students will be out for vacation during the period, should you need housing on campus, you should let the center know. We would notify you, and you should fill out the request and pay the fee announced by the Housing Office. Lastly, you can rest assured and stay on campus.
